Argentine tradition in Houston
In the early 2000s, there were no businesses offering Argentine food or products on the outskirts of Houston, such as Spring and The Woodlands, where the Argentine and Hispanic community was growing more and more. We decided to change that reality, and that’s how Bodegón del Sur was born, with the mission of bringing a little piece of Argentina through top-quality products and homemade food.
Twenty years ago, at my dining room table, I created the first menu of what is now Bodegón del Sur.
